Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product or service purchased from Securacert, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the product or service being delivered. Following the initial seven (7) day period, you may request a refund if the product or service provided has breached a warranty or other material obligation.
To request a refund, please write to Refund Request, Securacert Limited, 12 Melcombe Place, London, NW1 6JJ or email support@securacert.co.uk quoting your order reference. Provided the refund request is valid, we will process the refund and make payment within seven (7) days.
